  • Get a grip on profit. Delve into your Profit and Loss statements to understand what is impacting your profit line and how can it be improved. Learn and discover “Profit First” strategies to maximise your profit potential.

  • Future Planning = forecast, forecast, forecast! Sound fun right? It totally can be using the AOI Forecast Master Tool, forecasting becomes gamified while still giving you strategic information to aid decision making for your future plans. This is the best tool yet for business to understand how to forecast and get a grip on what you need to sell to make your revenue Goals.

  • Goal setting. Yep - you hear it everywhere - ‘set goals, plan ahead, failure to plan is a plan for failure’ etc etc. Well, there is a lot of truth in these statements. But few do it a bit different. We work together in the workshop to help you identify key strategic metrics to target your efforts for maximum results. Walk away with a set of goals and plan that works for you.
