Terms and Conditions
Working with Agents of Innovation is a collaborative process whereby you engage us to provide you with and not limited to one off coaching/mentoring sessions to engaging us to be part of your team.
Our Services:
We have a range of services available to our clients - from one-on-one coaching, business strategy and coaching to training and workshopping. Client satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us and we strive to deliver the best service available, within our capabilities and our resources.
What Happens After the Initial Consultation:
Agents of Innovation will offer a proposal to you that outlines what Agents of Innovation can do for you. This is a tailored plan and outline the service to be delivered and the price. The prices are non-negotiable.
Please note Coaching Packages are as follows:
- Coaching Package 4. This package includes 4 one hour sessions conducted over a defined period of time.
- Coaching Package 6. This package includes 6 one hour sessions conducted over a defined period of time.
The client will purchase will purchase either Package 4 or Package 6.
The proposal will also include service delivery timeframes. These timeframes are not fixed as we are aware that things can change. However, we will be in constant communication with you and will ensure that you are aware of any changes to service delivery.
To engage Agents of Innovation, we require a written confirmation to the items in the proposal within 5 working days on the proposal date. This can be either email or letter. You can of course, ask us questions at any stage. If confirmation is not received after 5 business days, the proposal is no longer valid.
You are under no obligation after the first initial consultation. The initial consultation gives us a chance to:
- Get to know each other
- For us to gain a clear understanding on what you are seeking and the outcomes you are looking for, your current blocks and opportunities. (We do ask that you give us the clear, honest picture of where you are at).
- For you to understand what we can do for you. We cannot guarantee we can be of assistance in every circumstance. But we will be completely upfront and honest about our capabilities and if we cannot help, we will endeavour to point you in the right direction to who can.
Payment:
A deposit of 10% is required with written confirmation of the agreed proposal. This is to be paid via bank transfer.
An invoice will be issued at the end of each month for the services delivered upon that month and are payable within a 30 day period. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, services will ceased until payment is made.
Some services are fixed price and others are charged on either an hourly rate or as a retainer. This will be outlined in the proposal.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
At Agents of Innovation we understand that things happen and things can change. We just need you to let us know. Please contact us either by phone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice. We will then attempt to provide an alternative time. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will need to charge a "Did not Attend" fee of $100. If you wish to cancel the full package, we can provide a full refund of services providing you provide us with written cancellation 48 hours before the service commences. If you wish to cancel the service mid-way through the delivery of service, we will charge you for the service already provided.
